Additional Information
The exam application and the scholarship application are completely independent. The early bird and final deadlines for the exam applications are published online HERE.
For more information regarding the exam application, please visit http://www.planning.org/certification/. Applying for the scholarship does not guarantee you will qualify to sit for the exam. Because of the exam application deadline and the AICP application review timeframes, scholarship applicants may need to pay for the exam in full and then be reimbursed if they are awarded the scholarship. APA Colorado will notify applicants in within a month of the published scholarship application deadline whether they have been selected for recommendation to APA National for the Diversity Scholarship. The Chapter may select an alternate recipient in the case a scholarship winner does not complete the exam application process or does not qualify to sit for the exam.
