The bill tracker is what we use to see what bills have been introduced, where they are in the process and identify APA’s position (if taken). You can also access the bill language and fiscal notes from the tracker too. The bill tracker is updated regularly but may have a short lag in showing new bills. If you don’t see a bill on here that you think we should be monitoring or take a position on, please let us know!
2026-2027 APA Colorado Legislative Priorities
APA Colorado supports state-level policies that leverage planners’ actionable insights.
Every two years APA Colorado polls its members to understand the issues of most importance across the state and across planning disciplines. The Legislative Committee uses that information to develop our Legislative Priorities, which guide which bills we actively participate in and how we form positions on new legislation.
