Award Winners
Colorado Springs, Colorado - The Colorado Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA Colorado) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2023 Chapter Awards. Chapter Awards recognize outstanding projects, plans, and people of the planning profession. Planning projects were honored on the basis of their innovation, ability to provide transferable lessons to other Colorado communities, excellent quality, promotion of community progress and the public good, effectiveness of implementation, and other unique factors that make these projects exemplary.
In 2023, the Awards Committee selected seven Honor Awards and eight Merit Awards. The 2023 award recipients were announced at the 2023 Colorado Planning Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
