The Bylaws of the Colorado Chapter define the purposes of our organization and the rules under which we operate. They detail the requirements for various officers and committees, as well as the process for Board elections. The Bylaws may be updated from time to time as needed, and any proposed amendments to the Bylaws require a majority vote of Colorado Chapter members. The most recent revision was in August of 2019 and was a complete overhaul. The Bylaws Committee is a special committee that may be convened by the President to review the Bylaws and make recommendations for changes.
