The City of Longmont is a vibrant community with a population of approximately 106,173 located in Boulder County Colorado. The Planning and Development Services Department is seeking to hire a Development Project Administrator to work as a high-level point of contact and facilitator for internal and external customers on major development projects in the Development Review Committee (DRC) process.

The City of Longmont is surrounded by protected open space and has very little greenfield development opportunities, which allows the city to focus on infill and redevelopment. The work is challenging and includes working with various city departments and numerous stakeholders as projects move through the review system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of increasingly responsible professional development experience including at least two years of project management experience.
