DOLA Land Use Planner

This is an exciting time to work for DOLA, Division of Local Government in the Community Development Office. This planner will support the implementation of the 2024 land use bills (including the Housing Needs Planning, Transit Oriented Community, Accessory Dwelling Units, and Minimum Parking laws).

The individual selected for this position will coordinate with the grants team and the technical assistance team, supporting all internal deliverable, outreach, and communications work. This planner will wear many hats, supporting research and speaking engagements, creating educational materials and tools, developing regularly updated website and social media content (in close partnership with  Communications team), and providing speaking points and feedback for leadership. An important element will be sustained focus on telling the story of program success and the success of local and regional governments in complying with planning statutes.
