Position Statements
APA supports legislation that is rooted in best practices to improve our communities. We encourage the Colorado State Legislature and other organizations to leverage APA Colorado and professional planners as a resource to develop good policies.
Building on our Legislative Priorities, the Legislative Committee has developed the following position statements as responses to proposed 2026 legislation.
