Under general direction of the Planning Director, the Neighborhood Services Code Compliance Officer II enforces Municipal Codes within the City of Manitou Springs, issues citations, addresses violations, and ensures all code violations are effectively resolved.  Inspects and enforces codes for abandoned and unregistered vehicles, vegetation control, signage, housing/habitability, zoning, property maintenance, building permits, environmental health-related issues, and business, rental, or vendor licenses.
