This position performs professional planning work involving current and long-range planning, development review, zoning and land use regulations, permitting, special projects, and code compliance.

Planner I is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to build experience in municipal planning, zoning research, permitting, and development review. Planner II is designed for experienced planners ready to independently manage projects, conduct more complex development reviews, and provide guidance on zoning and land use matters.
